Change & Returns Condition

Order Cancellation

If the document you have sent is suitable for printing, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address. You can cancel your order before this confirmation e-mail reaches you. For this, you can request You need to send it to  address via e-mail. In case of order cancellation, the refund will be transferred to your credit card/bank account within 10 days.

After the confirmation e-mail is sent or the document is printed, there is no possibility to cancel the order and refund the payment.


Return Policy

After you receive your order, you can return the product you have purchased within 14 days.

There are no returns on printed products. In case of problems caused only by us, the product will be reprinted and delivered within the specified time. You can return unprinted products without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the return conditions.

Returns of used and damaged products, disposable products, products that deteriorate quickly or that are likely to expire are not accepted.


Returns Processes

In order for the return to be processed, you must fill out the return form on the back of the invoice that comes with your order and send it to the courier company we have a contract with  as Cash Pay to the address below.

After the products compliance with the return conditions is checked by our Quality Management department and the return is approved, will refund the payment to your credit card/bank account within 10 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to see your refund on your credit card/bank account. This process is completely dependent on your bank and has no right to interfere with your bank.

If the return is not approved as a result of the evaluation made by our Quality Assurance department (if there is no problem caused by us with the printed products), your product will be sent back to your registered address as Cash Pay within 10 days.


Important notes

Shipping costs of all products you send to with a return request belong to our company.

If the package delivered to you by the cargo company is damaged (torn, hole, etc.), do not take delivery of the cargo. Return the product with the damage assessment report to be kept by the cargo company.
