All orders you place until 14:00 on weekdays will be delivered to the cargo within 2 working days at the latest.
After your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to the address between 2 and 7 working days.
If the document you have sent is suitable for printing, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address. You can cancel your order before this confirmation e-mail reaches you. For this, you need to send your request via e-mail to info@makbaby.com . In case of order cancellation, the refund will be transferred to your credit card/bank account within 10 days.
After the confirmation e-mail is sent or the document is printed, there is no possibility to cancel the order and refund the payment.
RETURN TERMS
After you receive your order, within 14 days you can return the product you have purchased.
There are no returns on printed products. In case of problems caused only by us, the product will be reprinted and delivered within the specified time. You can return unprinted products without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the return conditions.
Returns are not accepted for used and damaged products, disposable products, products that deteriorate quickly or that have a potential to expire.

In order for the return to be processed, you must fill in the return form on the back of the invoice that comes with your order and send it to the courier company we have a contract with as 'Cash Pay' to the address below.

After the product's compliance with the return conditions is checked by our Quality Management department and the return is approved, makbaby.comA refund will be made to your credit card/bank account by within 10 days.
